We're delighted to welcome new patients to Campbelltown Medical Centre. We accept patients of all ages, backgrounds, and health needs. To help make your first visit as smooth as possible, please read through the information below.

Fees & Billing

Bulk Billed — No Out-of-Pocket Cost
All patients with a valid Medicare card are bulk billed.

Book online 24/7 via HotDoc, call us on (02) 4627 0886 during business hours, or walk in. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.

Are you bulk billing?

Yes — all patients with a valid Medicare card are bulk billed. No out-of-pocket cost for Medicare card holders.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability. To guarantee a time, we recommend booking online or by phone in advance.

Can I have a phone consultation?

Yes. Phone and telehealth consultations are available for existing patients when an in-person visit isn't necessary. Please ask reception to arrange this.

Can I get a repeat prescription?

Repeat prescriptions require a consultation. Please book a standard appointment — phone consults are available for existing patients with stable, ongoing conditions.

Do you offer interpreter services?

Yes. We support patients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds through the TIS National interpreter service. Please let reception know when booking.
